Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification at the time of hire or within 6-months of hire.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
