  • Continuously monitor and assess project costs, timelines, and revenues while implementing effective procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a Project Controls role, either as a Specialist or Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Experience with ERP Cost Management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Role Expectations:

This position will be responsible for leading all project control activities for approved projects, which include:

  • Cost Forecasting
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Earned Value Analysis
  • Change Order Tracking
  • Quantity Tracking
  • Weekly Reporting
  • Schedule Development and Analysis

Hands-on involvement in producing client reporting criteria is essential. The individual will collaborate closely with the Client, Project Manager, Superintendents, and the Project Controls Director to ensure timely and accurate project status updates.

This role will also involve leading other project control personnel assigned to the project.
