Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Pediatrician to join our team at the University of Utah. As a Developmental Pediatrician, you will provide direct outpatient neurodevelopmental clinical care in our University Developmental Assessment Clinics (UDAC) and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments and diagnosis to children who have or are at high risk for developmental problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct outpatient neurodevelopmental clinical care to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and diagnosis to identify developmental problems and develop treatment plans.
  • Participate in academic and research activities, including education, investigation, and administration.
  • Advocate for children with special health care needs and promote their well-being.
Requirements
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics.
  • Experience in the care of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
