Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Blue Ridge Community Health Services. As a PRN Pharmacist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at our pharmacy on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work assignments and priorities to ensure efficient pharmacy operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
- Consult with physicians on drug use and provide expert advice on medication management
- Control and manage narcotics and other controlled substances
- Ensure drug compatibility and safety for patients
- Comply with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations
- Monitor patient health and provide guidance on medication adherence
Requirements:
- BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Licensure in North Carolina
