  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff">
  • Helping residents with mobility, ambulation, and transfer activities">
  • Keeping the resident's environment clean and organized">
  • Reporting any concerns or issues to the nursing staff">

Qualifications:

To succeed as a CNA at Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center, you must have:
