Qualifications:

Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates must be able to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. A successful criminal background check is mandatory prior to hiring.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A High School diploma or GED is required; relevant experience in retail, loss prevention, or security is preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Proficiency in reading, writing, and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

REASONING ABILITY: Capability to assess issues related to losses and interpret both written and verbal instructions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to meet physical requirements such as standing, walking, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and performing other related tasks.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Moderate noise levels with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
