  • Analizar los diseños y requisitos de proyectos aprobados por el cliente.
  • Utilizar sistemas CAD 3D para crear documentos de fabricación completos, incluyendo dibujos detallados, ensamblajes y listas de materiales (BOM).
  • Asegurar la compatibilidad y precisión entre la intención del diseño y los documentos de fabricación.
  • Verificar y validar meticulosamente toda la información de producción (listas de partes, requisitos de materia prima, listas de corte) antes de enviar los paquetes finales de producción.
  • Dirigir los esfuerzos de desarrollo de productos, colaborando con liderazgo, Gerentes de Proyecto, Gerentes de Producción y proveedores para crear prototipos, maquetas y pruebas funcionales.
  • Contribuir activamente al desarrollo de nuevos productos, incluyendo herramientas, muestras y refinamientos de diseño.
  • Investigar problemas de compatibilidad de hardware y fomentar la innovación mediante la búsqueda de soluciones alternativas.
  • Mantener una documentación meticulosa y una organización de archivos para un fácil acceso.
  • Colaborar con Gerentes de Proyecto para asegurar que todas las especificaciones de hardware cumplan con los requisitos y estándares del producto.
  • Identificar y resolver proactivamente problemas potenciales en los diseños de proyectos que puedan afectar los procesos de fabricación.

Calificaciones:
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o un campo relacionado O experiencia laboral equivalente.

- Más de 3 años de experiencia en un entorno de fabricación o desarrollo de productos.

  • Experiencia en software CAD 3D, con preferencia por Autodesk Inventor o Fusion 360.
  • Capacidad comprobada para entender diseños complejos y traducirlos en documentos de fabricación precisos.
  • Actitud positiva y orientada a soluciones; capacidad para colaborar con equipos diversos.
