About the Role

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Research and verify data through contacts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), repair facilities, and previous owners/operators.
  • Assist in the pre-purchase evaluation of aircraft and engines, as well as inventory management.
  • Scan and verify technical and trace documents.
  • Communicate with technical staff to resolve computer and software issues.
  • Complete reports and back up files.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing documents.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED certificate.
  • Minimum one year of data entry experience with strong data entry skills and high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Typing skills of at least 35 wpm.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with work product.
