Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results through effective people management practices.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related matters.
* Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting employment, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.

What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required;
* SHRM certification desirable;
* Valid driver's license required & motor vehicle record must be in good standing;
