This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with adolescents and children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans developed by board-certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing ABA intervention strategies to support individuals with ASD and related disorders.
  • Ensuring client and family satisfaction through regular communication and progress updates.
  • Collecting, reporting, and maintaining data on client progress.
  • Receiving direction and providing feedback to the clinical team to enhance client growth and development.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; associate's degree or enrollment in a bachelor's program preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • RBT certification required; RBT must be maintained.
  • Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week for part-time positions.
  • Living near or around the Orange County Area.
  • A minimum of 1 year working with children with special needs preferred.
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Benefits:

Work Environment: In-person therapy sessions with adolescents and children in various settings, including homes, clinics, and schools.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
