Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at ICM. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, as well as medication management.
  • Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction and community engagement.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or safety concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
