Job Description:

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist at WorkWise Healthcare Staffing, you will coordinate the delivery of nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited program with specialized field of study in nursing, holding a current and valid nursing license. BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify health issues and develop effective care plans.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of nursing care to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
