Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and audit all items for outgoing sales orders.
  • Prepare and package orders for shipment through various methods including Ground, LTL, and international shipping.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records for specified categories.
  • Prepare bills of lading and coordinate truck/carrier deliveries via online platforms or phone.
  • Label and mark skids/containers as necessary.
  • Shrink wrap items as required.
  • Wrap skids using machinery or manually when needed.
  • Transport materials to the shipping dock using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  • Load trucks with a forklift when necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform additional warehouse and clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Safety-conscious mindset.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience or certification in operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Capability to use ladders safely and effectively.
  • Physical stamina to maintain a high level of activity for extended periods.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with RF technology is a plus.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Adaptability to various weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and loading dock.
