Responsibilities
  • Complete our comprehensive training program to become a certified Pest Control Technician
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule to ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer
  • Communicate with customers to understand their pest management needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Serve as a problem solver for customers, recommending the most effective pest control methods
  • Complete all required service-related documentation and utilize our handheld device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications
  • No experience required; we'll train you to become a certified Pest Control Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations. This includes safely using a ladder, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
