Delaco Steel Corp is a premier processing facility specializing in the blanking of steel coils.
As a leading tier one supplier of blanked materials for the automotive stamping sector, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and efficiency.
The work environment involves intensive industrial blanking operations.
We are currently in search of skilled and experienced Press Operators to undertake various responsibilities within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within our production department, ensuring that materials are blanked in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conduct basic quality inspections by adhering to established work instructions.
- Perform hand stacking of steel blanks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Candidates must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and overtime as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail while prioritizing safety, which remains our foremost concern.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is also beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in teams or independently with minimal supervision is essential.
Applicants must successfully pass a physical examination and drug screening.

Benefits:
- Vacation granted upon completion of one year - forty (40) hours.
