Compassionate Healthcare Ambassador

As a Compassionate Healthcare Ambassador with Adoration Home Health and Hospice, you will play a pivotal role in marketing our high-quality hospice and home health services to healthcare professionals, the community, and individuals in need. This position requires building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and educating the community about the benefits of home care.

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician practices, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
- Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements
- Understanding the benefits of home care to both referral sources and consumers
- Educating the community about home care services and Adoration Home Health
- Interacting daily with healthcare professionals, including physicians, discharge planners, medical social workers, case managers, and skilled nurses
- Conducting outside sales calls to existing and potential referral sources within an established territory
- Promoting Adoration Home Health's programs and services to medical professionals and civic organizations
- Attending trade shows and vendor fairs to generate business and establish professional relationships
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline
- A current and valid state driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
