Position Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Logistics Operations Coordinator at MountainMovers Transportation & Logistics. The Logistics Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and organizing transportation services, monitoring shipments, and ensuring prompt delivery for our clientele. This position requires constant communication with customers, account managers, and carriers to swiftly address any challenges that may occur and collaborate as a team to find solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Experience in the transportation and logistics sector is essential
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems such as ITS, DAT, and Sylectus is advantageous
  • Knowledge of industry standards, rates, carriers, and equipment types is highly desirable
  • Prior experience with 3PL or similar systems is required
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to meeting daily deadlines and a proactive approach to fulfilling customer needs
