Job Summary

The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance, and direction to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrates product to customers, remains knowledgeable of advertised sales, and maintains pricing and signing.
  • Merchandise Management: Replenishes product on shelves as required, assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves, and restocks merchandise as needed.
  • Teamwork: Works collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Effectively communicates with customers and colleagues to exchange information and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to calculate figures, communicate in a friendly and professional manner, and establish effective working relationships.
  • Physical Demands: Constantly stands and/or walks during shift, occasionally ascends or descends ladders, and performs light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
