Role Responsibilities:
As a hospitality-oriented Emergency Medical Technician and Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and staff while safeguarding community property. Your duties will include:
  • Conducting scheduled patrols both inside and outside the premises to ensure the safety of residents and their belongings.
  • Responding promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls from apartments.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, family members, visitors, and staff to ensure that security measures align with the facility's needs.
  • Documenting any incidents that occur within the community.
  • Ensuring safe access points to the facility.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Prior experience as a First Responder (EMT/EMR)
- Strong communication skills
