Job Summary

At The Vascular Care Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for conducting sonography examinations and providing clinically relevant information to assist physicians with diagnosis and treatment of vascular patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment for sonography examinations
  • Conduct patient clinical assessments and perform diagnostic medical sonography examinations
  • Apply independent judgment and critical thinking to safely perform sonography procedures
  • Review examination images, synthesize results, and prepare preliminary reports for providers
  • Ensure reports are complete with all billing requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an ultrasound program or formal training program
  • RVT or RVS preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years ultrasound technologist experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work and prosper in a team environment
