We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
- Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards.
- Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information and concerns to supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
