Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
  • No educational requirements such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks, including the operation, upkeep, and inspection of facility equipment according to established guidelines.

Regular inspections will be performed, and findings will be reported with recommendations to management.



  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and facilities
  • Adhere to protocols for using chemical cleaners and power tools to avoid damage
  • Inform management of any minor or major repair needs within the facility
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Move items such as cabinets, boxes, and furniture to facilitate cleaning
  • Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Wash and replace window coverings
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, and snow removal
  • Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas
  • Service and maintain restrooms
