- Position patients accurately and select appropriate technical parameters for imaging procedures.
- Implement radiation protection and safety standards to minimize patient exposure.
- Assess and educate patients on imaging procedures and results.
- Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
- CPR - Basic Life Support certification.
- Licensed by the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety (IDNS).
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
