Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient and family-centered nursing care to diverse patient populations.
- Assist the unit Leadership Team to maintain safe and quality clinical standards, while supporting efforts to improve the patient experience.
- Ensure assigned patients receive all medications, treatments, and nursing care as directed.
- Complete all required nursing documentation.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Licensed Practical Nurse.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year LPN experience preferred.
