Leidos is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Non-Kinetic Training Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Air Combat Command's Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials focused on Non-Kinetic Operations, Information Operations, and Informational Warfare, emphasizing integration with Joint Space, Cyber, Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare platforms.
- Deliver training sessions to military personnel, civilian staff, and contractors involved in Non-Kinetic Operations integration.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect new capabilities and ensure they remain current.
- Contribute to the development of Area of Responsibility (AOR) certification courseware.
- Assist in formulating policies and programs related to Information Operations and Warfare disciplines.
- Maintain and update training documentation, including syllabi and qualification standards.
- Support the creation of training plans and courseware for Joint Force and Joint Partner Non-Kinetic and Informational Warfare Operations.
- Conduct site assessments to identify new training topics and develop relevant courseware.
- Implement necessary updates to training materials as required.
- Provide insights on performance metrics and challenges encountered during training delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the capability to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree with 8-15 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for degree).
- Experience in facilitating courses for adult learners and seasoned professionals.
- Proficient in delivering engaging oral presentations and creating clear written course materials.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in a Joint Force and Joint Partner operational setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ISR platforms and their operational capabilities.
- Experience in planning and executing Red Flag or Weapons School exercises.
- Knowledge of Operations Centers, including AOC, OC, WOC, or TOC.
- Graduation from USAF Weapons School, School of Advanced Military Studies, or Joint Advanced Warfighting School.
- Experience in Cyber, Space, Electronic Warfare, Mission Defense, Targeting, Information Operations, or Public Affairs.
- Background in planning or executing Operational Plans (OPLANs) or other contingency operations.
