Oklahoma Surgical Hospital, a physician-owned institution, is seeking a dedicated full-time Cardiac Catheterization Technologist. This role is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with no holiday or weekend shifts required. However, some on-call duties may be necessary. This position offers comprehensive benefits and is eligible for our generous discretionary quarterly bonuses.
Position Objective: The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist plays a crucial role in patient safety and care, executing a range of technical and supportive tasks to assist physicians during intricate and invasive cardiac catheterization, peripheral vascular, and interventional radiology procedures.
Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of hospital experience as a cath lab technologist is mandatory.
Qualifications: Current ARRT or RCIS certification is essential. CV or CI certification is preferred for ARRT. BLS certification is required upon hiring, and ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Essential Skills: The role demands a blend of cognitive, technical, and interpersonal skills to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
