About the Role

This full-time position provides community-based clinical services to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in achieving sustained recovery from substance use disorders.

The ideal candidate will lead their treatment team in using evidence-based practices to guide clients based on their individual needs. Clinical interventions will include trauma-informed care related to substance abuse, mental health, and individual and family therapy.

This role requires strong case conceptualization skills as well as flexibility to adapt to clients' changing needs. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a team setting, utilize an electronic clinical record, and collaborate with multiple disciplines and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide community-based clinical services to support individuals in achieving sustained recovery from substance use disorders
  • Lead treatment teams in using evidence-based practices to guide clients
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed care plans
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines and agencies to ensure comprehensive client care
Requirements
  • Limited License encouraged to apply
  • Weekly individual supervision and monthly team supervision provided
  • Annual training budget allotment for continuing education
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Travel throughout Kent County is required, but the majority of travel takes place in the metro Grand Rapids area with mileage reimbursement provided for all work-related travel.
