Job Overview

  • Availability for a flexible schedule is essential, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and courteously take food and beverage orders and serve guests, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Process payments and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and equipment.
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Must meet state regulations for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
  • ServSafe and/or food safety training certification is required.
  • Alcohol awareness training, such as TIPS, is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities for guests is beneficial.
