Speech-Language Pathology Consultant

At Soliant, we are seeking talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in the Texas area.

• SLPs: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• SLPAs: Assist SLPs with delivering therapy services, implementing treatment plans, and conducting therapeutic activities under supervision.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
• Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at a single location or splitting time between multiple sites.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting.
• Flexibility with assignments and locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

• Competitive salary $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
