We are seeking two inpatient psychiatrists to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. This is a full-time position with a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule, providing a great work-life balance.
**Unit Details**
- Average in-patient census: 17
- Average length of stay: 4 days
- Average new patients per day: 3
- Average admissions per day: 3
- Average follow-ups per day: 14
**Benefits**
- Salary based on MGMA median
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement offered
- Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues, and journals
- Malpractice insurance with $2 million per occurrence/$6 million aggregate
- Benefits include: health, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability, AD&D
- Very reasonable health insurance rates
- 403B matching up to 3% after one year
- 457 plan Top Hat Plan max contribution of $18,000 per year
**Eligibility**
- We accept J1 and H1B applicants
- We are H1B cap exempt
- We are located in the Delta Regional Authority, which has no limit on J1 waivers
