**Job Title:** Bartender

**Job Summary:** Suntex Marina Investors, LLC is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for customers at the bar.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Take drink and food orders accurately and engage with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare drinks with precision and enter orders into the system in a timely manner.
• Upsell and make menu suggestions to customers to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collect payments and manage bar inventory to maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

**Operating Requirements:**

Perform a variety of tasks while following company policies and procedures, demonstrating teamwork and initiative.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.
• Food handler certification is required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices is essential.

**Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
• Flexible availability for shifts as required.
• Physical dexterity for various movements is necessary.
• Comfort with standing and bending as needed.
