Job Title: Educational Diagnostician

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Diagnostician to join our team. As an Educational Diagnostician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our students by providing diagnostic services and supporting our special education teachers in developing individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement diagnostic assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to develop and implement IEPs that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide training and support to teachers on diagnostic assessment and IEP development
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's education
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Texas Educational Diagnostician Certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience as a campus Educational Diagnostician
