Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Director to lead our building services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Expected Salary: $155,000 per year, based on industry standards for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including labor costs, subcontractors, suppliers, and other expenses.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project plans.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of total PM experience for a commercial contractor
  • Bachelor's Degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and excellent job costing/budgeting ability, and estimating capability for change orders
  • Knowledge of construction best practices and good interpersonal skills
  • OSHA certified
