Job Responsibilities

  • Install, service, maintain, and modify medical imaging equipment at customer sites;
  • Provide technical support and training to customers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality;
  • Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites;
  • Meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer with medical digital imaging systems and general fluoroscopy equipment;
  • Advanced knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, medical digital imaging systems, and general fluoroscopy;
  • General computer knowledge, including DOS, Microsoft Windows, Unix, or Linux.

Working Conditions

  • Majority of work performed off-site at customer facilities;
  • Must be willing to work overtime as necessary;
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and meet company insurability guidelines;
  • May require PPE and periodic exposure to low-dose radiation.
