Career Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team as an instructor in our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program. This is an outstanding opportunity to pay it forward by training the next generation of nurses and making a difference in your community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach courses at a variety of times and locations in response to program needs.
- Deliver lecture content and clinical rotations, which may include day, evening, weekday, or weekend shifts.
- Assist with reviewing and revising syllabus for specific courses within the program and instructional guidelines.
- Keep current with new technologies and safety regulations, and maintain student records of attendance, grades, and skills check-off forms.
- Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours to ensure renewed licensure.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with current licensure in the state where you will be teaching.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or credentials required by state regulations.
- Ability to meet faculty requirements set by the Board of Vocational Nursing.
Compensation: $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits: Leadership development and training for career advancement, tuition assistance and forgiveness up to 100% depending on program.
