About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Kings Dominion KOA. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of a guest room, including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, and removing dirty linen.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary and follow safety guidelines when working with chemicals.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries, report maintenance issues, and collect and label lost and found items.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned and maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas.
  • Provide exceptional guest service according to Cedar Fair standards, including initiating guest interactions and answering questions.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical and repetitious tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and gripping.
  • Flexible availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
