The Frontend Engineer specializing in Angular and RXJS is essential to our operations at eTek IT Services, Inc. This position focuses on the development, implementation, and maintenance of user interfaces for web applications utilizing Angular and RXJS. The role involves converting design prototypes and wireframes into high-quality code while ensuring the application is optimized for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating user interfaces for contemporary web applications using cutting-edge front-end technologies.
  • Implementing responsive design principles and ensuring compatibility across various browsers.
  • Developing reusable components and front-end libraries for future projects.
  • Enhancing application performance for optimal speed and scalability.
  • Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to enhance usability.
  • Translating design prototypes and wireframes into efficient, high-quality code.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participating in team discussions and contributing to the design and architecture of applications.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting, testing, and debugging processes.
  • Working within an Agile development framework.
  • Contributing to technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Ensuring high performance on both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Regularly collaborating with the CTO and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Angular Developer with RXJS for a minimum of x years.
  • Proficient in Angular, RXJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and their integration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Git version control system.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in browser testing and debugging.
  • Solid understanding of web performance principles.
  • Ability to produce clean, maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and projects is advantageous.
  • Relevant technology certifications are a plus.
