We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting patients in their recovery journey.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer physical therapy treatments as developed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Provide non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, modalities, and education to patients.
  • Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients' progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
  • Attend educational meetings and coordinate departmental in-services.
  • Schedule clients and perform varied office tasks.

**Requirements**

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of current CPR certification.
  • Minimum two years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
