Mechanical and Plumbing Sales Specialist

Lee Company is in search of a Mechanical and Plumbing Sales Specialist to enhance our team. This position is pivotal in driving profitable sales for the Construction and Special Projects Division through proactive sales outreach and relationship building with targeted contractors. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sales, project estimation, or project management, demonstrating a successful history of cultivating profitable partnerships with local general contractors, property owners, developers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients to drive sales growth.
• Engage in proactive sales activities including prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
