Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with multi-disciplinary expertise in Electrical, Controls, and PLC for a commercial/light industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and building equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Use CMMS software to document maintenance activities and track equipment downtime.
  • Assist with equipment startups, rework, and modifications to bring systems online.
  • Provide technical training and support to staff regarding equipment use and maintenance.
  • Support facility and exterior maintenance as needed.
  • Report safety concerns to supervisors and adhere to all company safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding equipment and hydraulic presses.
  • Experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Direct Logic PLC systems.
  • Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with HVAC, water systems, and mechanical/electrical piping installations.
  • Experience with CMMS maintenance systems, with preference for Asset Essentials – Dude Solutions.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree and electrical license preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and use of calibration meters, electrical test devices, and mechanical prints.
