Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$34 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit. You will also enjoy flexible assignment options, including 8- and 12-hour shifts, as well as sick pay and access to dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Continuing education benefits and discounted courses through Colorado Christian University and Rasmussen University are available to support your growth and development.

Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases. You will work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care. Your duties will include taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to the RN supervisor. You will also assist RNs in carrying out physician orders, administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in Colorado
  • CPR certification (demonstration course required)
  • Covid-19 vaccination card
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (October-March)
  • A valid TB screening
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
