Quality Assurance Specialist

At Mauser Packaging Solutions, we are committed to helping our customers achieve better sustainability with their packaging. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform quality assurance testing as required in the test plan, following established procedures.
- Conduct additional testing as required by the quality plan, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
- Review production orders or schedules to ensure that product data, such as types, quantities, and specifications, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate department operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Observe and record production operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in monthly shift meetings and employee training sessions, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Inspect machines and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and production personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts, tooling, equipment, and machinery.
- Communicate the results of any testing that pertains to non-conforming product, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aware of any issues.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
