Job Summary

BETA Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water/Wastewater Staff Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Water and Wastewater Team, you will provide technical leadership and support for a variety of projects, including water treatment, distribution, and storage infrastructure, as well as wastewater treatment and collection systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to less experienced staff members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct fieldwork, including data collection and asset inspections
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and other written materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
  • Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT)
  • 4-8 years of related engineering experience in water and wastewater projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and ArcGIS
