  • Document Creation: Create and review deeds, mortgages, deeds of re-conveyance, declarations, and other legal instruments as necessary.
  • Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry and/or document creation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Training: None required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and electronic signing and recording experience a plus.
  • Job Experience: 2 years of clerical experience, preferably in a high-volume professional environment.
