Job Overview

GCT Chauffeured Services specializes in providing high-quality ground transportation solutions. Our commitment to hospitality and discretion ensures that we deliver an exceptional travel experience for our clients, including travelers, vacationers, and corporate executives. The primary objective of each GCT team member is to alleviate the stress of travel for our clients while ensuring their safety and security through meticulous attention to detail.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Chauffeur is responsible for delivering courteous and professional transportation services to our clientele. All tasks must be executed in alignment with company policies, practices, and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety

  1. Ensure safe, reliable, and timely transportation for every client on each trip.
  2. Maintain a clean and secure vehicle between assignments.
  3. Keep a clean driving record and background check.
  4. Possess an up-to-date Medical Card if operating DOT-regulated vehicles.
  5. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Communication

  1. Maintain communication with dispatch for all operational needs.
  2. Engage in minimal conversation with clients unless prompted, directing all requests to dispatch.
  3. Be knowledgeable about popular destinations to provide recommendations when requested.

Operations

  1. Exhibit consistent punctuality.
  2. Ensure clear and effective communication.
  3. Research trip details prior to scheduled assignments.
  4. Deliver services in accordance with training and specifications.
  5. Refuel vehicles as necessary.
  6. Utilize company software and applications proficiently.

Customer Service

  1. Anticipate and understand client needs, delivering expected outcomes whenever possible.

Integrity

  1. Contribute to company goals by taking ownership of your role and assisting with additional responsibilities as required.
  2. Demonstrate integrity and respect towards all clients and colleagues.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  1. Ability to safely operate a diverse range of vehicles.
  2. Capability to remain seated for extended periods.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Exceptional customer service skills.
  5. Familiarity with the local area, including attractions and historical sites.
  6. Proficient in English.
  7. Basic computer literacy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE

  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  3. Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
