Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM - Workdays will vary based on operational needs, including weekends.
As a Security Personnel, you will fulfill all duties required to meet regulatory mandates, including but not limited to, managing gaming-related drops, reconciling cards and dice, conducting inspections, and securely transporting sensitive materials.
Through vigilance, adherence to protocols, and proactive monitoring of potential risks, you will safeguard our guests, property, and staff.
Your duties will include patrolling the premises and monitoring designated areas to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors.
Conduct inspections as per established procedures to verify that equipment and facilities are safe.
Promptly report any irregularities such as fire hazards, leaks, or unsecured doors to the appropriate personnel.
Welcome all guests and staff with a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the facility entrance to maintain an orderly flow.
With professionalism, ensure compliance with the casino's responsibility to prevent excessive alcohol consumption.
Represent the company professionally at internal and external meetings and events.
Demonstrate your ability to meet performance expectations in Communication, Initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/Interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics.
Comply with all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED; or six months to one year of relevant experience demonstrating sound judgment and reliability; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to write basic correspondence.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
Sitting 10% of the time.
Standing 40% of the time.
Bending and lifting 10% of the time.
