Nurse Supervisor Clinic

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor Clinic to join our team at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

The Nurse Supervisor Clinic will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, patient care, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisor Clinic include:

  • Managing the clinic's staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients.
  • Coordinating patient care with other healthcare personnel and multidisciplinary support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing minimum, Masters in Nursing or related Health Administration preferred.
  • A current Louisiana license to practice nursing and a valid driver's license.
  • Five years nursing experience with at least two years supervisory experience and one year caring for the frail or elderly.
  • Able to function well in a team environment.
