About the Role:

We're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide expert physical therapy services to patients with injuries or illnesses in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert physical therapy services to patients to help them improve movement, manage pain, and prevent loss of mobility
• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Credentials evaluated by a reputable credential evaluation service
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
