Senior Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide high-quality physical therapy care to patients in our hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs.
- Implement treatment plans through direct patient care, delegate tasks to supportive personnel, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Regularly reassess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in educational and research activities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree and certification in physical therapy.
- Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
