Job Summary

At Baptist Memorial Health Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the professional development of your peers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for patients, utilizing written protocols to ensure quality care.
  • Use prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
  • Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning.
  • Complete assigned goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
  • Current RN licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
